On Sunday, March 8th, 2020, the 2020 MLR season concluded with the San Diego Legion holding the best regular season record at an undefeated 5-0. The Toronto Arrows held the best record in the Eastern Conference at 4-1 with three bonus points, however the season was concluded early due to the coronavirus pandemic. No official champion was determined.

Seattle Seawolves forward Riekert Hattingh scored the most tries during the season with five, while Arrows back Sam Malcolm scored the most total points on the season with 60.
